LSS for Engineering Surveyors

Course Duration: 1 day
Cost: £175 plus VAT per person (discounts available for multiple places and bundles)

This course is specifically targeted at Engineering Surveyors and builds on the foundations of the LSS Intermediate course and is also set at LSS Vista.
There is a session on configuring LSS for survey data loggers and processing a simple total station survey, with resection and hanging legs examples.
It covers converting third party data:– csv, LandXML with an alignment and 2-D DXF and a recommended procedure for converting from 2-D to 3-D DTM.
It goes on to merging two designs, applying surfaces with construction depths; Reporting Areas and Volumes without and with depths;
Formation level DTM modelling and exporting to various formats for setting out, DTM Stakeout and Machine Control
