A version of LSS specifically for education and non-commercial research purposes. With all the functionality of the full LSS Elite system, LSS Education provides course tutors with the opportunity to offer one of the most widely used surveying and modelling packages to their students at a fraction of the commercial price.
For a full list of commands please refer to the listings for LSS Solo, LSS Vista and LSS Elite. The only difference being that there is a 10,000 point single model limit to restrict its use to teaching and non-commercial research. If this proves insufficient then a full commercial licence can be purchased.
LSS Education is provided as a ten-user networked system (one dongle with ten keys) and comes with full technical support and software updates. All this for an initial payment of £250 + VAT in year one and £250 + VAT per year thereafter. Additional single-user dongles can be purchased at a one-off price of £50 each and additional network keys at £10 each. Once you have got the dongles and keys you need, all you then pay is £250 per year maintenance.
