Coronavirus (Covid-19) contingency plan

We wish to advise all of our customers and suppliers that we have in place a robust contingency plan to cope with Covid-19.

We take our responsibilties to our customers, staff and suppliers extremely seriously. Therefore, we have built a great deal of robustness into our business operations, which allows us to provide all of our services from anywhere which has a broadband connection. Therefore, at this time, in the event that staff members have to self-isolate, we can continue to operate our business uninterrupted.

Customer support

Customers can rest assured that they are our priority and we will continue to provide the excellent level of support they have come to expect from us.

Training

Should travel restrictions impact upon a trainee’s ability to travel to our chosen training venue then we will inform everyone involved as soon as any changes are made and the trainee will be offered a full refund, or the option to reschedule. If a trainee is forced to self-isolate and is unable to attend their training, as long as we are informed before the course commences, we will offer a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Remote Working and LSS

Since we moved onto USB dongles in the 1990’s we have promoted the use of networking the LSS dongle to enable access remotely. Some of our users may require the cooperation of their IT department to achieve this, but what else are they there for if not to help out in situations such as this?
