We wish to advise all of our customers and suppliers that we have in place a robust contingency plan to cope with Covid-19.
We take our responsibilties to our customers, staff and suppliers extremely seriously. Therefore, we have built a great deal of robustness into our business operations, which allows us to provide all of our services from anywhere which has a broadband connection. Therefore, at this time, in the event that staff members have to self-isolate, we can continue to operate our business uninterrupted.
Customers can rest assured that they are our priority and we will continue to provide the excellent level of support they have come to expect from us.
We are operating Zoom/MS Teams/Google Meet-based training until further notice. This has allowed us to perform not only our standard range of training courses, but TEAM training. All available courses can be viewed on this website. At present and for the forseeable future we are unable to conduct workshops or site-based training.
Remote Working and LSS
Since we moved onto USB dongles in the 1990’s we have promoted the use of networking the LSS dongle to enable access remotely.
