As an LSS user you are entitled to technical support and software updates. Most of your questions as a user of LSS can be answered with a single telephone call or exchange of emails. The choice is entirely yours. And unlike some organisations, we do not operate a premium rate phoneline. If you are calling from a mobile within the UK we recommend that you call 01452 864244, or if calling from a landline you call 08456 444244 which is a 'Lo-Call' number, otherwise known as a 'Non-Geographic local rate number'. Either way, we don't earn anything from these phone numbers. We are here to help, not to hinder your access to support. If you are calling from outside of the UK all you need to do is add your international dialing prefix, followed by 44 then either 1452 864244 or 8456 444244.
Our support line is open from 9:00am - 5:30pm (UK time) Monday - Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays. An answerphone service operates outside of these times, so if you want us to ring you back please leave a message and we will do our best to call you the following morning.

If you are unable to call us, or prefer to ask questions via a website forum you can click the image above or the button below to visit lssforum.com where you will find a wealth of resources and questions posed by other LSS users. Plus you can pose support questions, chat with other users or even leave items to go onto our development wishlist. You'll need to register to use this site (this is an automated system and can be done 24/7) and it's free.
