As an LSS user you are entitled to technical support and software updates. Most of your questions as a user of LSS can be answered with a single telephone call or exchange of emails. The choice is entirely yours. And unlike some organisations, we do not operate a premium rate phoneline. If you are calling from a mobile or landline within the UK please dial 01452 864244. If you are calling from outside of the UK all you need to do is add your international dialing prefix, followed by 44 then 1452 864244.

Our support line is open from 9:00am - 5:30pm (UK time) Monday - Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays. An answerphone service operates outside of these times, so if you want us to ring you back please leave a message and we will do our best to call you the following morning.
We are able to offer internet-based remote support when we think that it is appropriate - this involves us connecting to your computer and helping you by demonstrating the answer to your support query.
