During UK working hours, your order will be processed immediately on authorisation of your payment. Orders received after 4pm Monday to Friday or at weekends will be processed the following working day. Shipping costs are displayed at the point of order.
UK orders: Our standard processing and delivery time within the UK is 2 days. Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery charges are included in the product price, but this service is neither guaranteed, nor trackable by us once the package has left our offices. If your order is placed before 2pm and you select 'Royal Mail Special Delivery - Next working day' at the checkout additional postal charges will be added. This service guarantees a next working day delivery to most addresses within the UK. If you select this service but your order is placed after 2pm we are unable to guarantee a next day delivery. If you prefer, you can choose ' Courier - Next working day' which uses a private courier firm and guarantees a next working day delivery service to UK mainland addresses. However, if you require this service you must place your order by 11:00am, otherwise we cannot guarantee that the item will be shipped the same day. Please note that Saturday is not classed as a 'Working Day' by any of these services. Guaranteed Saturday deliveries are available for an additional charge. Please select this option at the checkout. Again, this service must be ordered by 11:00am on Friday for us to guarantee delivery the following day.
For destinations outside the UK, delivery times will vary. If time is not critical then we will use the services of the Royal Mail Swiftair service which, although is not a guaranteed service, will usually arrive quicker than standard airmail. If you require a faster delivery you can select 'Express Courier' at the checkout for which there will be an additional charge.
We rely upon the services of third party couriers for shipping, and while we will always endeavour to 'keep to our word' there may unfortunately be a few occasions when couriers fail to perform as expected. This happens rarely, but because it does occasionally occur we cannot be held responsible for the late delivery of an item. We will contact the courier so we can let you know what’s happening.
If the goods are damaged upon receipt, please call us on 01452 864244 (UK) +44 1452 864244 (Intl) within 7 days of delivery. Please retain all packaging.
Please review our returns policy before purchasing. Software where the packaging has been opened cannot be returned.
Places on training days are confirmed by e-mail on authorisation of your payment. Orders received after 4pm Monday to Friday or at weekends will be processed the following working day. Once we have accepted your booking you have entered into a contract with us.
Places on LSS courses are limited so we therefore operate a cancellation policy regarding refund or transfer of course fees.
After we have confirmed your place on the course any cancellation by you will incur a cancellation charge as follows. For bookings cancelled two or more weeks before a course is due to start, 85 per cent of course fees paid will be refunded or transferred to another course.
No refund will be made for bookings cancelled less than two weeks before the event, except in exceptional circumstances and then only at the discretion of the Training Manager. However, we will consider transferring the course fee to another course, less an administration fee of 20 per cent.
No refund will be made for non-attendance on the course.
In the event of cancellation of a training event by McCarthy Taylor, we will endeavour to inform all participants two weeks before the course is due to take place, although please be aware that this is not always possible. All course fees paid will be reimbursed in full, but we are unable to reimburse any other costs that may have been incurred, including flights, accommodation etc.
Where dates or venues are varied by McCarthy Taylor, course participants may request a full refund if the new dates are not convenient.
